Processing Time

All pieces are handmade to order unless stated otherwise.

• Processing time: 5–10 business days.
  This timeframe allows for carving, casting, finishing, and quality checks. Handmade takes time, and we believe it’s worth it.

Custom or personalized pieces may require additional time. If so, you’ll be informed after placing your order.

Order Updates

You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping within Lebanon

Once your order is dispatched, it will be handed over to our delivery partner Wakilni.

·         You will be contacted directly by Wakilni to arrange delivery, which usually takes 3 to 4 working days.

·         Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location. For deliveries within Lebanon, a flat shipping fee of $4 applies and will be added at checkout.

While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to: • High order volume • Custom work requirements • Courier or customs issues
